Executive Director Ms Sri Ernawati was  a direct selling 'veteran' with 20 years experience in 14 other companies before she chanced upon the Unicity and the Happy Life Project.

Finally, in Unicity, she has discovered how she can be in business for  without having to do it all by herself.

While growing up in Temanggung, Central Java, She had to work hard to help see herself and all her five siblings through University. Her father passed away when the children were young, and she had to take on the responsibility of providing for the family. Her mother was a teacher. She could send herself and her siblings through higher education only because she did direct selling part-time in addition to working hard on a job.

Between Central Jawa and Singapore, she tried 14 different direct selling companies. Some of the experiences were disappointing. But she never forget that direct selling gave her a low-risk opportunity to go into business for herself to make the much-needed extra income. She acknowledged that many people view MLM as Make Lose Money. To her, MLM means Make Lots of Money and Make Life Meaningful.

Whatever the disappointments that caused her to move from one company to another, she never lose heart in the opportunity and didn't let cynicism set in. After settling down in Singapore, upon marrying a Singaporean, she found that despite her high education, she still couldn't get a high-paying job. Fortunately for her, Singapore legalized network marketing in the year 2000. She was able to continue engaging in direct selling for extra income.

Her best experience before Unicity was the one just before: she could earn as much as S$3,000 in a month. The problem was, she couldn't keep it up, for various reasons. At that point, she was on the lookout again, present to the fact that many of my customers keep asking for products that can help them to slim down. She did researched, and stumbled upon Bios Life Slim, Unicity and Shalina on the Internet. They met up and Shalina introduced her to the Happy Life Project and the Unipower system.

Every company that she had joined boasted about having a team and a system she could rely on. But the reality, as she found out again and again, was that there was always more than one team and more than one system. She typically responded to the confusion by creating my own system to make money whichever way she knew.

Finally, in Unicity, the new Unicity, she found a home where there was only one Team and one System - the Unipower system. Finally, no confusion, .within 6 months, 5 months to be exact, she became a Director, and earned a good 4-figure income. Moreover, she crossed her previous peak bonus cheque within that 5 months, and was able to keep it up and then move on to improve on the cheque the following 2 months.

In July, she became the Executive Director, and I am the most fortunate angel that can work as a team with her, hand in hand. She is a kind, humble and gentle lady, whom you can trust and always give support whenever the team need her.

I am really grateful that I am under her wings, because I believe that she can soar higher and will bring us along with her.

During UPS June 2012, Ms Alice Yim takes the stage as a fully qualified Presidential Director.

 

This once quiet, voiceless housewife is today a strong stand for the Unipower system, not only in Singapore but also Hongkong and Malaysia.

Another gentleman, who was a civil servant for 11 years and he worked closely with most of the events in Singapore, which involves our ex President of Singapore, Mr SR Nathan.

Mr Faizal has always dreamt of being a President himself, but he knew that its impossible. He faces many like challenging including of having only a mere $20 in his bank account, when he needed money the most.

His first appearance in Unicity was in Super OPP in August 2009. After the Super OPP, he followed Shalina Ismail to office a few times, and before long he too made a decision to transform his life.

A simple man, very humble and unassuming but with a BIG heart, Faizal has since transformed from being a quiet, private  person, whose character was hardened by many faceless years in government service, into a outspoken, public personality, quick to bring people together and not shy to share his views.

Today with all his actions he put in Happy Life Project, no only his our President, he is also just achieved his President Bonus of S$17,300/- on top of his monthly commission of  5- figure income with Unicity.

He is just TOTALLY COMMITTED to making life better for more and more of his angels.

Personally, I've met him and actually I'm one of his angels too. Few months with him, I must say he is a true go-giver, a fine and rare gentleman, whom I seldom see his qualities available in other men now-a-days. He has never failed to inspire me.

Mr Lim Eng Hai, is in “the business of inspiration”, which is to be distinguished from the traditional "business of perspiration”. (No sweat & tears; only big vision & inspired action.) He is living what he calls “the inspired life”, driven by vision and belief, which is nothing like “the contented life”, which is rooted in past disappointments and lowered expectations.

He graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a good Honours in Political Science, after reading Politics, Economics and Sociology.

He started working life as a journalist with The Straits Times. He distinguished himself in his work on the financial pages and achieved what was regarded for more than 10 years thereafter as the biggest salary increment ever awarded to a rookie of 2 years' standing, both in terms of quantum as well as percentage.

Three years on, when he was dissatisfied (and lost his inspiration to excel), he readily took up an offer to join a stockbroking company. He worked at JM Sassoon & Co for 13 years, rising from a sales representative, to the position of a head of research for one market and finally, the director of research overseeing all the economic and investment research of the company.

During those 13 years, he became the public face of the company, taking on media interviews – both print and television media, in a calibrated manner, periodically. Amazingly, he remains recognizable till today although his last TV appearance was in 2003.

Two years before his company shut down, due to a massive industry shakeout, Eng Hai – who was present to the challenges of the industry, discreetly found an exit plan. He went into business for himself.

He has been his own boss ever since, taking on appointments only if they fit his own terms. These flexi-time appointments include a stint as Founding CEO of SIAS Research, a subscriber service created for retail investors who would pay for research. He is currently the CEO of the Securities (Stockbrokers) Association of Singapore.

But his preferred economic identity is as a successful network marketing professional, a long-standing leader and proven coach who inspires thousands of people in the region and beyond to live life of their dreams and to stand for exciting possibilities in their lives.

His achievement in May 2011 came 3 months short of the 10th Anniversary of my signing up for a Unicity business. He is the new Presidential Director of Unicity in Singapore. Yes, it’s been a long 10-year journey!

However, this achievement is really the result of the right actions of only the past 2 years – counting from the moment we first embraced the Unipower system for success, on the kind invitation of a great Thai gentleman.

In April 2012, when I just joined Unicity, Mr Lim Eng Hai was the Presidential Sapphire. He is such an inspiring and visionary leader who empowers and takes action to get extraordinary results. The first time I saw him “talks” on the stage, in my heart, I said “ I like this man”, going to “love him too”.

Now December 2012, he has again shows the impossible can be possible, by achieving the 1st month of Presidential Ruby. He is the "father" of all our Presidents in Unicity. He is our role model who shares and cares authentically. I label him as my “world greatest mentor”.

Yes, more than a pretty face, indeed ... A Leader with Beauty, Vision, Power, Tenacity and Results!

In January 2009, Shalina, a hardworking mother of two with 3 paying jobs, a marketing manager, a part-time teacher and a tourist guide.She was awarded Bios Life Slim when she was a runner-up in the Ibu of The Year 2009 contest held at Orchid Country Club.

In July 2009, Shalina finally decided to use the product diligently in preparation for the Mrs Universe pageant in Latvia, where she represented Singapore as Mrs Singapore Universe.

Shalina saw some possibilities, and signed up on the spot, opening a franchise account with Unicity that very day.

A few days later, on 22 August 2009, right smack in the middle of "Puasa" or fasting month, Sha attended her first big meeting, a Super OPP at Suntec City, and met with Triple Diamond Khun Joe and CEO Stewart Hughes.

She saw something, confirming that she wanted to build a personal franchise with Unicity, but missed somethings. She went about sharing Unicity's great products, especially Bios Life Slim, generating quite a lot of orders but at the expense of her already highly-constrained time. Her time constraint kept her from much-needed training and exposure to the Unipower system.

In February 2010, after persistent never-give-up enrollment by her leaders, she attended Unicity's Global Convention in Bangkok. There, she caught a bigger, sharper, stronger vision of what's possible for her in the Happy Life Project, with the Unipower system. She met her idol, her role model - Khun Rasa Comeban, the first female Triple Diamond in the world of Unicity.

Shalina returned to Singapore a good follower, open and ready to plug into the system, drawing power from the system, and the system's training, events and leaders, not herself. She has not looked back since, moving forward with stealth and great speed, climbing the pin ranks every quarter.

In July 2011, 18 months after she caught the full vision and decided to succeed with the Unipower system, Shalina becomes a fully-qualified Presidential Director in Unicity.

Shalina is now "jobless", having quitted all the jobs that previously locked up almost all her time and attention but never did pay her enough to meet her needs and daily expenses. But she's never been better paid. She enjoys a 5-figure monthly income which she richly deserves.

Now, in November 2012, she is in her 1st month of Presidential Ruby in Unicity.
Now with Happy Life Project, she is a proud owner of a Mercedez Benz, travels freely round the world with really FREE expenses paid by Unicity, except for her shoppings spree.

She has never failed to inspire me, since my first start in April in Unicity. She is a true leader and a very inspiring one too.
